Can I put HTML tags anywhere in my posts?
No. The ability to place html tags in the message has been disabled.

Why are there colons in the message when I try to post a follow-up?
Colons appear in the message dialog box when you try to followup up on a message to indicate that those lines are quoting the previous document.

Why didn't my post show up?
Your post most likely did not show up, because your browser did not reload the page, it simply pulled it out of cache. Please reload your browser and it should then appear.

I can't read the font - what can I do..
Go to the new features, select Edit your Profile, log in and select a different display font. Please note, that you will have to log in to the board to make this feature work for you.

IP addresses no longer shown.
Full IP addresses of posters are no longer shown because the benefits are not matched by the downsides.
I have loads of boardnames and I no longer use the email address I registered them with. What can I do ?
If you send an email to woollyhat2@hotmail.com and include your boardname and password (so I know it's really you) along with the email address you registered with and the new one you are using, Woolly will try to fix it all up for you. (Might take a day or so as poor Woolly is really busy !)
I can't post messages. What's happening ?
If you post a message and you get a response which says "not posted from the radiohead server", this can be caused by a few different things. The two main culprits are proxies and firewalls.

I just installed Norton Firewall and can't post messages. How can I fix this ?
1. Go to norton firewall and click on 'advanced options'
2. Click on 'add site', then type in "www.radiohead.com". This will then appear in the list of websites.
3. Click on "www.radiohead.com" and tick the 'use these rules' box.
4. Change 'browsing privacy - referer' to "permit" from "block"
