Main Square Festival (in in French & Dutch) is a three-day festival (4,5,6 July 2008) that takes place at: Grand’Place, Arras, North of France. Radiohead will be headlining the festival on Sunday 6th. You may buy tickets individually for the three days, or buy a three-day pass (not including camping). Camping tickets are available separately. Shuttle buses will run from the camping site to the festival venue. Please use public transport to reach the festival if possible.
Arras train station is only 500 metres away from Grand Place where the festival takes place. See the SNCF website (English version) for train routes inside France, or TER-SNCF for the North of France, and routes from the Region. Approximate journey times: Lille - Arras: from 20 min (TERGV) to 45min (TER), Amiens - Arras: 45min (TER), Rouen - Arras: 2h05 to 2h35 (TER), Paris - Arras: 50min (TGV).
TER are running trains from Lille - Arras and Douai - Arras for the special price of 5 Euro which will take you to the festival site and back again, valid for one day on presentation of your festival ticket. Please see the TER-SNCF website for more details. The last shuttles back after the Radiohead show are at 0:30am and 0:45am.
If you must bring your car, there are several parking areas close to the venue.

BIKE PARK DETAILS:
There will be a bike park at Place d'Ipswitch right in the city center next to the main square. Access is by Rue Du Saumon and Rue de la Justice. Those two streets will be for bike and pedestrian only during the duration of the festival. Please remember to bring a lock to secure your bicycle as the promoter can take no responsibility for your personal property.
